Selection Process
For Management Trainees (MTs)
- Computer-Based Online Test (CBT) – 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Part 1: 100 MCQs on the concerned subject.
- Part 2: 50 MCQs on General Aptitude.
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
- Personal Interview – Candidates who clear the CBT will be shortlisted for an interview.
- CBT Weightage: 85%
- Interview Weightage: 15%
For AM (Legal), SM (Civil), DGM (Civil)
- Selection based on Interview only.
- Shortlisting based on experience, qualification, and performance in interview.
