Eligibility Criteria

  • Project Engineer-I: 32 years (relaxation for OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, PwBD – 10 years)

Educational Qualification:

  • Trainee Engineer-I: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (4-year degree) in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • Project Engineer-I: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (4-year degree) in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Note: Candidates must have graduated from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions with a minimum of 55% marks for General/OBC/EWS categories and a pass class for SC/ST/PwBD categories.

Experience:

  • Trainee Engineer-I: No prior experience required.
  • Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial experience.

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

  1. Trainee Engineer-I:
    • Written Test (100 marks) with negative marking (1/4th mark deduction for wrong answers).
  2. Project Engineer-I:
    • Written Test (85 marks).
    • Interview (15 marks) for candidates shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on written test performance.

Salary and Benefits

  • Trainee Engineer-I: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (incremental yearly).

    • Consolidated annual allowance of ₹12,000 for insurance premiums and attire.
    • Provident Fund, Medical Insurance (₹2 lakhs), and Life Insurance (₹5 lakhs).
    • Retention bonus of ₹1,00,000 (₹25,000 per completed year for Project Engineers).
