- District Project Officer: Postgraduate degree with 1-year experience or Graduate degree with 3 years of relevant experience in social or community development sectors.
- Account Officer: Postgraduate degree with 2 years of finance/accounting experience or B.Com with Tally proficiency.
- Technical Assistant: Graduate/Diploma with MS Office proficiency and 1-year experience in MIS-related work.
- Data Manager & MIS Manager: Graduate with 1-year experience in computer operations, report generation, and data entry.
- MIS Assistant, Computer Operator, and Field Coordinator: Graduate or 10+2 with computer proficiency.
- Facilitators: 10+2 with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience preferred.
